So, orange days (blocks 1-4) I have a full day of classes with Statistics (I swear in that class I am surrounded by idiots), AP/IB 2 Spanish, Accounting and AP English. But Black days I only have class from 9:30 to 11:15. Those days rock, it's like I don't even have school. Plus it's one of my easiest classes since it's not AP or IB, and almost everyone is a freshman or sophomore. The teacher is weird, though. He seems like a good guy, but he's like... military-obsessed. He said if we were late he would take the tardy off our record if we did fifteen pushups. At first I thought he was kidding. Is he allowed to do that? I think I'll just take the tardy.
It's so weird, and so very, very nice being home for the day by noon. I can have lunch at home, start some homework, watch TV (I'm finally home for "Passport to Europe") and work out, all before dinner time. That is, as long as I'm not lying around doing nothing until dinnertime.
I feel SO relieved to not be in I.B., but at the same time it's still sinking in that I don't have all of this work and stress to worry about. Only five classes, two AP and three normal. And I still get to eat lunch in the senior courtyard with everyone from I.B. The only thing is, they're not in my classes (except AP/IB Spanish). So in my normal classes, I have "normal" classmates. And damn, that is getting to be annoying.
I just thought of a possible MasterCard commercial:
School Supplies: $200
Senior Pictures: $65
Yearbook: $40
Senior year: priceless (There are some things money can't buy. For everything else, there's Mastercard.)
I also think they should do a scrapbooking one. They probably will, it's getting pretty popular.
I'm watching the Friends episode with Ben Stiller, the guy who screams at everyone, while they're at the play: "Oh, well the usher must be right, what with all the training they go through." Good stuff. My Mom thinks I'm a Friends addict. I concur.
